Accessibility Services - Caneva, Movieland & Medieval Times

🅿️ Disabled Parking

Free access to the CanevaWorld Resort parking area is granted by showing the CUDE (European Unified Disability Card). Dedicated parking spaces are available next to the pedestrian underpass leading to the parks.

🎫 Tickets & Season Passes

Movieland Park and Caneva Aquapark want to guarantee a fun and accessible experience for everyone. Disability discounts are valid only when tickets or passes are purchased at the ticket office / infopoint, showing official documentation and an ID.

🎟️ Reduced ticket: for holders of a disability certificate
👥 Free companion: only with art. 3 c. 3 of Law 104, a Disability Card marked "A", or 100% disability certification
📅 Season pass: free only with the same requirements above; otherwise regular rate applies. Companion is always a paying guest for season passes
🎫 Combined tickets: also available, same discount rules apply

⚠️ Important: both free and reduced tickets must always be collected at the ticket office, showing your disability card and, if requested, supporting documentation. They cannot be purchased online.

🚫 No Skip-the-Line Passes

ℹ️ Unlike Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark and Movieland do not offer any kind of skip-the-line pass. If a guest with a disability has difficulty waiting in line, please let the on-site staff know — they will do what they can to shorten the wait where possible.

♿ Wheelchair Access by Venue

🎬 Movieland Park: some attractions are wheelchair accessible, others require transfer. All shows are accessible
💧 Caneva Aquapark: attractions are not wheelchair accessible; transfer is required to access the pools
🚻 Restrooms: both parks have dedicated accessible restrooms
🏰 Medieval Times: limited number of dedicated wheelchair spaces — availability should be checked before purchasing tickets. On arrival, staff will let you in through a dedicated entrance at the end of the pre-show
🎸 Rock Star Restaurant: fully wheelchair accessible; staff will show you the dedicated entrance
🍕 Safari Giro Pizza: wheelchair accessible; staff is available to help if needed

🍽️ Themed Evening Restaurants

Medieval Times, Rock Star Restaurant and Safari Giro Pizza offer a discounted rate for guests with disabilities, purchasable exclusively at the venue's ticket office by showing a disability certificate.
